Project-based Consulting

I offer custom consulting services tailored to the needs of specific types of projects, mostly falling under one of two categories:

  • Organization-building work, such as developing an engineering career ladder document or updating an outdated one! I can also help with  designing re-orgs (or building new orgs from scratch) and defining team charters.

  • Software project turnaround assistance, for either individual deliverables that are behind schedule, or entire quarterly or half-year roadmaps that are struggling. I can work with individual teams or across entire departments.

Since this type of work involves accomplishing specific outcomes, requiring establishing trust with stakeholders and driving alignment, there is usually a minimum time commitment of 2-3 months.
