Being a leader can be a lonely business, but you don’t have to (and in fact you shouldn’t) go it alone! While you should absolutely lean on your peers for help in your day-to-day, sometimes an outside perspective can help unlock fresh insights.

I’m happy to work together anywhere on the spectrum from open-ended coaching, where we help you discover your own values and strengths as a leader, to opinionated guidance on team and company building.
